When I first joined T G Newton back in 1981, my start in real estate was a humbling experience. My job back then was in property management, in charge of rental arrears; it certainly was a baptism of fire. I can honestly say, however, that it sharpened my communication skills somewhat . Born and raised in Oakleigh, I have witnessed the evolution of a magnificent suburb with an abundance of services, facilities and charm.
In the past three decades I’ve seen change in the way real estate is sourced, bought and sold. The advent of mobile phones, internet and light-speed communication has made massive amounts of information available to everyone.
Commencing her career in real estate with T G Newton & Co over 25 years ago, her early years were spent learning the industry from the ground, up… initially in reception and administration, then moving into a successful Property Management and leasing career.
Currently, as a Principal of T G Newton & Company, Kathy heads up the dynamic Newton’s sales team where a culture of ethics and client care are paramount.
Katie commenced her real estate career in July 2011 full of vibrancy, enthusiasm and ambition having come from a successful sales career previously. The only difference between then and now is she brings knowledge and high skill level. Having grown up in a small town near Merimbula and coming from a large country family, Katie loves people and has great communication skills.

Eon uses the skills he acquired from his years working with the Western Australia Police to provide the highest level of negotiation skill ensuring he achieves the best results possible for his clients, of which he is passionate about. In search of a new lifestyle, Eon and his wife Sarah moved to Melbourne several years ago and have since fallen in love with what Melbourne has to offer.

Tonia commenced employment at T.G. Newton in July 2006 as Office Administrator.
Tonia is the rental department trust account and when you have any questions regarding any financial issues you need answered, then Tonia is the lady to go to. Tonia has been with Newtons for many years and wears her heart on her sleeve and is always willing to help out when required.
Mary joined T G Newton & Co. in March 2007, and came with 30 years Real Estate Administration experience. Mary is currently job-sharing and enjoys this because it allows her the flexibility to juggle family life and work.
Mary has been a finalist for the ‘Receptionist of the Year Award’, three years running and won the award at the Australasian Real Estate Awards in 2009.
Lynne commenced employment with T G Newton & Co. in 1999 as our Sales Secretary. During this time she has assisted in many projects to help build our company.
