Lloyd Jenman: First of all, thank you very much for agreeing to do this today.

Mrs Brown: It’s a pleasure, Lloyd.

Lloyd Jenman: We’re just having a chat behind the scenes and we want to help you find a property and one of the ways in which we can do that of course is to do some letters that are delivered to people in the neighbourhood where you want to buy.

As we were saying before that Mrs. Brown, that kind of sounds like it could be a made-up name.

Mrs Brown: It’s a very common name.

Lloyd Jenman: And that’s why really we wanted to do this today, it’s just so that anybody who got the letter and might want to know more can have a listen to exactly what it is that you’re looking for.

Mrs Brown: Sounds like a plan to me.

Lloyd Jenman: Cool. Well, hopefully we can help find you something soon. First of all, I just wanted to ask you what area and what suburbs would you like to buy in?

Mrs Brown: Ideally, it’s slightly flexible in the suburbs, but Murrumbeena or Carnegie. But the most important thing for us is the bus route that our kids use to go to school and it’s the 625 bus route.

Lloyd Jenman: Okay, cool. And as far as the price, I know as a buyer you probably don’t want to disclose exactly how much you can go to.

Mrs Brown: Thank you.

Lloyd Jenman: But I would like to give anybody listening to this an idea as to what your budget could be, if it was the perfect property.

Mrs Brown: Ideally we’d be looking at the $1,100,000 price point. But if it was the perfect property, we can maybe go a little bit higher. We’d actually really prefer to stick to around $1,100,000.
