Jeff: We’re looking for anything that’s a minimum land size of 600 square meters. Got a house with a potential for redevelopment in the next couple years around Box Hill North area. So ideally, it would be right between Station Street and Elgar Road area. So yeah.
Scott: Between what were the streets again, Jeff?
Jeff: Station Street and Elgar Road.
Scott: No problems, okay. And in terms of your finances, are you ready to purchase right now?
Jeff: Yes.
